I called a couple pest control services after our housekeepers discovered what appeared to be larvae emerging from our carpet. Gross! Not only did Sam at Prime Pest Solutions answer my call (no other service even called me back), he talked me through my concerns, offered solutions, had Brandon the office manager call me within 15 minutes and Brandon had the technician, Montana, at my house the very next morning. Montana was a true professional, arriving on time, wearing booties though my house, inspecting the exterior, finding the originating event (a decaying animal in a window well), then he removed the remains, treated the window well, treated the carpets, and offered advice. Remember how service providers used to be? Back in the day? When it all worked out and you felt good about the service? This is it.

Prime Pest Solutions is the best. You are easy to contact when we have a question or need something extra. You and your crew have a great way of helping out us the customer. My wife and I refer your company to friends.

They are always available to address applications when we call and they always check in when they are at the house to let us know what they’ll be doing and report what they find and did after.

Cannot say enough good things about Prime Pest. They've taken such great care of us. They're so responsive, clear on what they're doing and genuinely nice people. I recommend them to everyone.

Only 2 rounds so far, but both techs did a great job and were very courteous. We have a huge ant problem going on and since we started using Prime, the anys are starting to dwindle. Keep up the good work guys.

Montana Carlson was very informative regarding the treatment and treatment plan moving forward.

They were great! Spent two hours going over my crawl space and attic and making sure there were no points of entry for rodents this winter! They were very knowledgeable and were very reasonably priced, would highly recommend!

We've been with this service for 4 years and they are the best. They respond quickly and educate as well as eradicate. We live next to a green space so pests are inevitable but I'm glad to say that since we have their maintenance service it's never a worry. Don't go with any other service. Prime pest solutions is the best! UPDATE! So we got pressured into trying a new company. The new service lied about price matching, they only price matched the first service none the rest of them. They locked us into a year contract. The customer service was terrible and there wasn't a noticeable change in pest, if anything slightly more than what we had with Prime. Luckily after the horrible year Prime took us back, and offered us a lower rate than we were paying with the other company. I'm not sure if you're allowed to name other companies in posts so I won't do it here but I wish I had listened to my own advice and never left!
