Who We Are
Prime Pest Solutions is a locally-owned pest control company serving the greater Portland metro area—from Beaverton and Tigard to Cedar Mill, Aloha, and Hillsboro. Co-Founder
Sam graduated with a bachelors in Biology from Boise State. With nine years in the pest control industry and a passion for helping people, he was driven to open a business.
As a native Oregonian, Beaverton was the obvious choice for rooting his business. It didn’t take much to convince his best friend, and licensed technician, to join in the endeavor.
Sam’s approach: Science over chemicals. Precision over speed. Results over revenue.
MONTANA CARLSON
Co-founder
Montana is no stranger to hard work. His love for the outdoors and getting his hands dirty led him to pursue a career in Wildland Firefighting where he quickly rose through the ranks and became an engine boss. Eventually, wanting a more stable life, he chose to focus his attention in the pest control field.
He again found himself in a leadership position as the head technician for an entire pest control branch. Montana is an integral part of the Prime Pest family and is key to its development.
He is the friendly face that will be warding off your unwanted pests.
